Returns
We strive to make your online experience an enjoyable and easy one and are confident you will enjoy your MOS The Label purchase. However, if you are seeking a refund or exchange, please note the following:
- Any clothing item purchased online for refund or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene stickers secured to the garment for refund or exchange.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of order date.
- We accept refunds and exchanges on all full-priced purchases
- If the clothing item you want to return was on sale we will only provide you with a credit which you may exchange your item with.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE will not be accepted for a return, exchange, or store credit unless the item is faulty.
- The only acceptance of a refund on a sale item is if the item is deemed faulty.
- If we approve a refund or exchange you must include with your item your receipt, postal address, and telephone number.
- This is your responsibility to make sure your item reaches us at our postal address; Level 1, 130 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
- When we have agreed on an exchanged item, MOS the Label will charge our standard delivery fee for your item.
- We will not take any responsibility for returned goods that have not received an authorisation email from us.
- If the above terms and conditions are not met you may incur a $10 handling fee.
To lodge a return or exchange please visit our Returns Centre HERE and follow the steps. Please then wait for an email to be sent to your inbox which will outline the next steps for your return. Also kindly ensure you check your junk box.
We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns. Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be reversed onto your original form of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges
MOS The Label cannot guarantee that if you want to exchange your original clothing purchase we will have your second choice available. Our stock is seasonal and therefore limited.
