With all Mos the Label Online Warehouse Sale purchases there is a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy. Returns will not be accepted via our customer care. If these procedures are not followed accordingly a $10 handling and re-stocking fee will incur. Mos the Label does not offer refunds for change of mind for Online Warehouse Sale purchases. Only faulty items can be returned as decided via our customer care and quality assurance team.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
