All parcels are sent using a variety of courier companies, which will require your signature upon delivery. The parcel should be delivered to your home or work address within 1-5 working days, depending on where you live. 1 day for Metro and 1-3 days country (orders to be placed before 1pm). All domestic deliveries have free shipping. Free standard shipping Australia wide for orders under $200.00 and free express shipping on orders above $200.00. Please remember that during busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays by the courier service are out of our control.

New Zealand

Parcels to New Zealand should be delivered to your home or work address within 2-5 working days. We use an International Courier which cost $10 AUD.

Charges for international deliveries vary depending on the destination and weight of the order with an option to add insurance for your delivery at your discretion of $8.00.


When ordering goods from for delivery to any destination outside Australia, the recipient may be charged import duty and other taxes including but not limited to sales tax which are levied on import values above a threshold by the customs authority in that overseas country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these amounts to the freight company if applicable prior to delivery. It is outside our area of control and responsibility to determine, advise or influence these charges. As customs policies vary drastically from country to country, you are requested to direct queries of this nature to your local customs office. Customers should also note that the recipient is to be regarded as the Importer. As such you will need to comply with whatever regulations are required in this regard in the country of the recipient. Ministry of Style is neither able to advise on the process to claim back, nor able to refund, any duty and taxes paid should a purchase be returned.


Payment is only accepted by means of the credit card types as shown as well through as pay pal. We are unable to process any other payment form. All sales are assumed to be made to persons over the age of 18. Should you be under 18 years old, you will need to have the involvement of a parent or guardian.


We strive to make your online experience an enjoyable and easy one and are confident you will enjoy your Ministry of Style purchase. However, if you are seeking a refund or exchange, please email us first at stating your reason for return or exchange. Upon receipt of your e-mail we shall advise you of the next step to take. (We will not take any responsibility for returned goods without first emailing us.) Once we have inspected your returned clothing purchase and we have agreed to a refund we will credit your payment or provide you with a store credit excluding delivery charges.

However note the following:

Any clothing item purchased online for refund or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we do not refund or exchange swimwear, unless the goods are faulty.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of order date.
If the clothing item you want to return was on sale we will only provide you with a credit which you may exchange your item with.
The only acceptance of a refund on a sale item is if the item is deemed faulty.
If we approve a refund or exchange you must include with your item your receipt, postal address and telephone number.
When returning goods we suggest you send back via a traceable method e.g. Registered Post. This is your responsibility to make sure your item reaches us at our postal address; Level 1, 130 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
When we have agreed on an exchanged item, Ministry of Style will charge our standard delivery fee for your item.


Ministry of Style cannot guarantee that if you want to exchange your original clothing purchase we will have your second choice available. Our stock is seasonal and therefore limited. Again as with a refund, please e-mail us first at and refer to above.
